QCA Credit offers credit monitoring services that provide users with regular updates, reports, and alerts regarding their credit scores, financial activity, and credit reports. The service may also include identity theft protection, fraud alerts, and related features. In some cases, updates to your business credit score or report may take 4–12 weeks to reflect, depending on the bureau and nature of the data. QCA Credit is not responsible for these delays, as they are solely determined by the respective credit bureaus’ processing times and reporting policies.
For accounts that include Equifax business credit reporting, please note that reporting to Equifax is initiated no earlier than six (6) months following the date of account opening. Upon initiation, QCA Credit will submit a retroactive account history covering the full six (6) months preceding the reporting start date, so that the account history is reflected from the original date of enrollment. Following this initial retroactive submission, reporting will continue on a monthly basis for the duration of the active subscription. QCA Credit makes no guarantee as to the specific date on which Equifax will process, post, or reflect submitted data on a member’s business credit profile, as processing timelines are determined solely by Equifax and are outside the control of QCA Credit. By enrolling in a plan that includes Equifax reporting, the member acknowledges and accepts these reporting terms.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. By using the services, you represent and guarantee that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the service, you must create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Certain features of our service may require a subscription. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined on the website. All payments are processed securely, and you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date credit information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided. QCA Credit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to any errors in credit reporting or identity theft.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms or fail to make necessary payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer support.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. By using our services, you agree to waive any rights to a jury trial or class action.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with the effective date. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
